Hi! Hello. Hola. Aloha.... and WELCOME. I can't believe this time is finally here! We are finally launching exposaroonie.com and the weekly photo challenge will no longer be hosted on EmilyPie.com . I'm We are so excited that this day has finally come.
So, for this week's challenge, we are trying to work it around the newness of this site. We know many of you know each other (through blogging or real life) by now, but we want to start things off on the right foot, with formal introductions. The challenge....self-portraits.
Check out the entry rules here. Don't forget to leave us a comment, and post your entry to your own personal website or blog as well. We are all about community here, so share the roonie people!
However, there is a catch this week. Each week, you guys are allowed to vote for you favorite challenge submissions of there on the right hand side. The favorite challenge gets featured the next week as Exposaroonie's Challenge Superstar (Woot. Woot.). This week, the Challenge Superstar will even get a prize.
Ooooh. Ahhhhh.
I know. How exciting, right? While we won't be giving prizes away every week, we are trying to get some prizes together to give away every now and then. A little incentive, if you will.

This is one of our favorite, fabby-fab camera strap makers out there (we hope to feature other camera accessory makers in the future)...perfect for adding a little pizazz to your photography – OK, so maybe it wont add pizazz to your photography, but it will add pizazz to your SLR!
Go on... Grab your camera. Get purdied up. And snap a picture of yourself! Show us who is behind your lens! In other words, Expose yourself. (In a fully-clothed way, please.) Just make sure you take the picture... don't use a picture someone else took of you.
